CO² STORAGE TANKS ( POLYURETHANE INSULATED)
LCO2 Polyurethane Insulated Storage Tanks are designed to store CO2 and N2O fluids vertically or horizontally and are manufactured from carbon steel. These pressure tanks are insulated with a commercial insulation material such as expanded polyurethane. The coating made of stainless steel or aluminum protects the insulation against mechanical damage and prevents moisture penetration into the insulation. Commercial insulated tanks are equipped with refrigeration units to condense the gas boiling with heat inputs.
LCO2 Vacuum Insulated Storage Tanks are designed and manufactured with vacuum insulation to store CO2 and N2O fluids vertically or horizontally, the inner tank material is stainless steel.
LCO2 Vacuum Insulated Storage Tanks are insulated with insulation material such as perlite and vacuum. Vacuum insulated tanks are equipped with a cooling unit and under-tank evaporator depending on customer demand. The refrigeration unit condenses the vapor of the gas formed as a result of the heat input.
